Quilts, Crafts and Kids
I’ve been wanting to make my son a quilt for his twin bed and finally found some fabric I think he’ll like and that will grow with him, at least for a few years.
Cute, right? I bought 12 half yards and 5 yards for the backing and binding. I’ve cut a little, and am so ready to really get started. Too bad I can’t add an hour to the day just for making stuff. But wouldn’t that be nice?
My boys love having little hideaways where they can play. When I came across this tutorial the other day, I knew they’d love it… and they do!
The tutorial is very easy to follow and the only downside is now that I’ve discovered this blog, I’ve found like 1002 more things I want to make! 
And we discovered that our crib mattress fits under it perfectly!
